But imo the most relevant part is this:

They are saying that Iraq met the requirements of UNSC resolution 833. So in terms of the ch 7 significant issues Iraq is done and apparently has met all of the other requirements too. In summary this confirms to us how close we are to seeing our rv. Again please be ready because this time is not just speculations over speculations , it is real. 

As I said before the political and internal issues of Iraq are handled under different agreements with different countries. One of these agreements is the SFA (strategic framework agreement). So if someone says that the RV can not happen because of political problems in Iraq, you can tell them that is completely wrong because those problems are handled under various agreements such as the SFA. Just think about it . Why was the UN rushed in getting the borders done by march 31? Did you remember that Ban Ki after being out for a while, came out and strongly encouraged Iraq to get the borders done by march 31. So imo they have a predetermined date which should be very soon. otherwise that rush makes no sense.
So imo this time it is not bs. We have the 85 % vote of the countries , we have the Kuwait airways issue done, they have agreed on borders and the injured party is satisfied with the remedies taken , we have a date for the release of the frozen funds ( may 22) so imo  the rv  is imminent.
