[Jester] too many things can change… or take a little longer than they thought… no way to know for sure….

[dinarrocks] Jester There seems to be the potential that some of the other banks besides WF may be able to have a competitive rate. If we do not know the WF rate till we sit down at our appointment AND we must sign a NDA, how would we be able to compare the rates?

[Jester] dinarrocks you won’t… rest assured there should be no way they can match what you are getting… there is no reason for them to pay that much just to get business… they would go in the hole too far in my opinion..

[Hannah] Jester I know that whatever amount the rate is I will be happy. But I am curious … is there anything to the rumours we hear about multiples of street rate? To be honest it sounds like it would be too much (is there such a thing,) Honestly, I’m not asking for a rate.

[Jester] Hannah i am doubting that multiple thing according to what i have heard… but it will be significant enough that you will be happy..

[Jester] candy don’t worry about it until is is a problem… hire some professionals to take care of it for you…

[okrocks] Jester Jester Hi, we have heard about WF supposedly being the hold up… I find that very odd and wonder if that would be a good way to get peeps away from going there and to “spread the wealth” around to the other banks, what do you think? thank you

[Jester] okrocks depends on how you look at it… if someone in the system does something they shouldn’t i would not stereotype that as a whole on WF… the system is working the way it should and taking care of business…

[Hannah] Jester Thanks … that’s my thinking too. And honestly, I don’t care what the rate is … it will far exceed anything I could have ever dreamed for myself and my family.
