Maliki and Barzani: We have agreed to solve problems amicably

6-9-13 Alforat News: President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, on Sunday, that Baghdad and Erbil agreed to solve problems “friendly and fraternal” and that the Iraqi Constitution is the authority to resolve these issues.

While Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki government’s keenness to conduct the census population this year to find a solution to the issue of the disputed areas, calling on Parliament to the enactment of the administrative boundaries of the provinces.
