T- margins are posted as far as forex,  margins are — like the bank is going to charge,  it gave them what Percentage they can play with on the Forex
T- they set margins,  they make money, when it goes up or down
they only do that when they know what the RATE is.
Global RESET for margins, for every currency, they just didn’t get the actual numbers.
