seniortour » July 13th, 2013, • Remember Family I believe Frank and Delta talked of two rates 1. Inside Iraq 2. Outside Iraq . We were always hoping for a one to one within Iraq. I believe $1.16 would give them a huge reason to use the IQD over the USD.
