EVEN IN THIS SITUATION THEY MUST MEET THEIR BUDGET AT SOME POINT BEFORE JAN 1 WHICH WAS FIGURED AT $3.42 PLUS BETWEEN NOW AND THEN.

    I think all of you are speculating and do not know a thing about the rates. The Q cards have been actiive since 2006.     They don’t know anything, they have no contacts except for each other…they have followers and so they have to make stuff up or regurgitate old articles and add twists. Then the common gurus will disappear, change their handle then pick up where they left off…
