Wma says the VND won’t RV.

wmawhite I too bought the Dong…however, I do not believe that the VND will RV…because, Viet Nam, just like China must export large quantities to fuel their economies. In order to keep their products cheap their currency must be kept LOOOOOW. Again, Viet Nam is very similar to China. It products and export alot, IMO.
