6-30-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Turki said it himself when he stated that he would do it today if the government was settled. He also stated he would like to do it mid year. Tomorrow is the first day of mid-year and tomorrow hopefully the government will be "settled." Like I said above, the RV will follow within days of the announcement of the new government. 6-30-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Tomorrow should be a big day in the life of this investment. The parliament will meet and be sworn in and then either announce the candidates to the press for government positions or they will go through the motions and actually vote them in one by one. In other words they might either make an announcement to the press of the new government or go through the motions of appearing to build a government in one day. This is the first step in the process. The RV will quickly follow meaning in 3-7 days but more like three. The rate is still at between $3.00 - $4.00. I know some of you don't understand but this is the way it will go. Anything can be delayed because remember this is Iraq... 6-30-2014 Intel Guru TNT Tony [via Duke] This was supposed to happen but was held up for between 1st - 4th. As of this morning this was a request to extend it out to the 9th or 10th, which we don't think will happen. That could be out there to cause confusion because Maliki is still trying to stay in the game. Parliament is meeting right now... In the mosques everybody was told the rates on their cards would increase late tonight or by tomorrow morning. We're waiting for a PM, GOI, and increase on their cards by their tomorrow morning, our late tonight. ISX is still supposed to occur on the 1st. We've gotten this info from Washington & 3-letter agencies. I think things are working out the way they're supposed to. I cannot see them extending this to the 9th. I'm expecting you to have a superfantastic Fourth of July weekend.
6-30-2014 Intel Guru DC We expected some announcements and number but they're a little slow in showing. We should see them in the next day or two. Bottom line is we expect it on or before the 4th and have an immense amount of confirmations globally. The CBI is queued up and they have reps from 10 countries physically at the CBI making sure it's done right. This includes reps from the major central banks, BIS, IMF, etc. The QI Cards will increase in value again, as told by 4 different folks again, tomorrow. Security is setup to guard the banks and tomorrow will be a holiday. Ramadan is going on and they're having a day off tomorrow, so it's a wonderful week for an RV. [post 2 of 2]

The 2 lead candidates - Mahdi and Chalabi - both understand they have to be inclusive. Maliki is still around trying to making a play. Could he make a comeback? The chances of him coming out on top are extremely thin. He's burned all his bridges. The ministers and all positions are being setup. We also see...that they are nominating 3 candidates rather than just one. They are nominating Maliki, Mahdi, and Chalabi. As the new Parliament opens, then, the debate will begin in earnest (after the choosing of the 3 presidents, which may take a few days, although I doubt it). The debate will then be open for all to vote, rather than just the NA. This means that the entire 328 members will be choosing between the 3 nominees. Maliki will have a definite head start with his 100 committed members, unless some have already defected.
6-30-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Maliki will be gone. Truth should be known on the 1st of July. ...I am right on this. Things are not what they seem. There is a plan in place and we are not supposed to understand or know. Confusion is the master part of this deal. We hear and see the play only what is intended for us and we can only see so much because of all the confusion. Believe me, what you see and hear is not what what is happening.
6-30-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce Question 4 will the fighting stop the RV...It has nothing to do with RV...the money was only an issue if the US had troops that the militants could use the money to buy weapons against them... So in summary we are looking for the announcement of the GOI by the 1st of July and then the RV should show up within a day... That is the way we are reading the things that are going on...Now can anything get in the way sure.... I do not think so but we you are dealing with politicians then you never know if things can change... Because Maliki will not be involved with what is happening the Rate should go back to the orginal that I have stated but we may need to wait until it happens to know... [post 2 of 2]
6-30-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce ...we are coming to an end now with the GOI getting formed...Question 1 is Maliki Out...up unitl now he has been fighting to remain part of the GOI but because of the last thing that he did to remain Prime Minister Like tell his generals to leave their post and let the militants over run them... Yes the fighting in Iraq going on right now is because of Maliki so Maliki will not be part of the GOI or even any position...Will he fight up to the last minute Yes Yes Yes...but in the end it will not matter. Question 2 who will be the PM...it will either be Chalibi or Madhi either one for us is fine...we should know for sure in about a day...Question 3 could it take longer for the PM to be seating...Yes...but we do not think so if you listen to all the news the GOI will be formed by the first...
