Moneytalks1:  HI sager, IMO i feel the gov’t will be formed this week. I am not sure if parliament is going to vote on them this week, but you never know. Sager, IYO, do you think we will see a rate in Sept. or earlier? Yesterday, eagle 1 said “the rates are at all the banks”.mmmmmmmmm  Thanx for your opinion.

Sager:  Based on what I understand and what NOVA stated multiple times on the forum, we CANNOT have a GOI or Budget without a RATE, and vice versa. When one appears, the other(s) will as well.
