UU8321 Iraq’s New Govt is Taking Shape

Hi Everyone,

Today I wanted to drop in and give you a quick and summarized update on the ongoing news about  the dinar revaluation process.

I also bring you a concern about false information being passed to the public at this time about the revaluation and election process  in Iraq. If you have been in this investment for any period of time you should be able to see how false it is and ignore it. I only bring this up because I have gotten many questions lately on this false information. All saying it is very confusing. Well……maybe it is meant to be confusing ! Maybe that is their intent.

PLEASE SIMPLY IGNORE IT !

Today’s News

The news this week is very good and on target as anyone would expect in this point in time. The process of deciding what will be the makeup of the new Iraq government is truly underway.

The current prime minister Nori Al-Maliki is trying desperately to hang on to his position for a third term. Many articles have come out recently telling us he is trying to convince other blocs that he is the only contender for the position so they should join sides with him. Many are now deciding to do this, however in the final analysis this will not have any effect on the  votes already given to the Citizens and National coalitions out of the needed seats for the majority.

So how can Maliki get the majority he needs?  Remember also today is June 3 and so they have only 7 days remaining until the judiciary ratifies and announces the final outcome of the election.

Parliament will then have 2 weeks to seat everyone and then the new prime minister and his party will begin the process of building the new government. I am hearing they already have all the candidates lined up for the other positions too. They will have only 30 days to complete this process. I do not see it taking longer than a couple weeks at most. All indications are now that they do intend to comply with their limitations of time on this process.

So who will most likely be the next prime minister?

Today Mr. Sistani revealed himself as the national coalition’s candidate for Prime Minister of Iraq. Will they submit him as “the candidate”? If you don’t remember this is the party supported by”the Islamic Supreme Council”, and is headed by Ammar al-Hakim and al-Sadr and the “National Congress” and independent Shiite figures.
In other words these are the politicians I have been talking about for the last month as the anti Maliki group. This is the same group that began the effort back in April 2012 to seek out a no-confidence vote on Maliki,

Also today some extraordinary news was given to us. If you know anything about the election process in Iraq the winning blocs must also get together to organize and put in place some structure as to how they will all operate as one entity. They have been diligently working on these by-laws now for weeks. They are doing this since the coalition is actually a number of blocs and alliances put together.

These by-laws will be the basis for the operation of the new functional government within the workings of their own cabinet of ministers. There are some restrictions within the Iraq constitution concerning this matter but for the most part they are left to decide on their own. So the really juicy part of today’s news is they are done and finally getting ready to vote now on the by-laws. These would have to be in place prior to the 30 days window to begin piecing the government together.

National Alliance’s stand on Maliki getting a 3rd term?

I have seen countless articles on this topic this week. Basically this is what the National alliance had to say about Maliki. They reject the third term as a principle not as a person and they deny any meeting or communications with the state of law as has been published by Maliki. They have a strong stance in this regard. They do claim to have had only one meeting, which was the meeting of Hakim and al-Maliki and this meetings took place within all parameters of the current views of the National Alliance.

So what is next?

After approving the bylaws of the National Alliance, the political blocs will submit their candidates within the Alliance and all must then agreed on a single candidate. This is similar to the process of the national convention in the USA for Republican and Democratic parties to elect and make formal their candidate. This candidate then must be approved by parliament as I stated above.

Maliki knows what his future may hold

An article came out today telling us Maliki basically knows he is washed up. He is desperately now trying to save his own hide. This is demonstrated by the effort by the State Law coalition is trying to negotiate with the blocks of the National Coalition in order to get benefits. These benefits  include 1)Maliki stepping down and giving up the 3rd term  2) the state law  giving the Ministries of the leaders of the coalition in exchange for a commitment to support the National Coalition candidate for the new prime minister. 3)  the requirement not to prosecute a list of names prosecuted after stepping down from their posts which ( Nouri al-Maliki and his son Ahmed and Adnan al-Asadi and the leaders of the Iraqi army), and not to open the files of corruption relating to a list of names that have been filed to block the National Coalition.

The National Coalition’s reply to these requests. I am of course paraphrasing – we are now in the drivers seat and we have tried to negotiate with you and tell you gently back in 2012  what would eventually happen but you refused to work with us. So now take the medicine coming to you Maliki. Your terms are nonnegotiable.

UU4344 The Grand Finale Is Coming – Be Patient

Hi Everyone,

This morning I dressed Meine Kinder and we hiked up to one of my favorite spots high up in the mountains. There we sat and watched the wild flowers growing, and the grasses so green and wavy.  These same Alpine pastures where only months ago snowed in and cold. Now they are busy with cows grazing and insect life. Yes – nature seems to be singing a rhythm that is unmistakably summertime.

Today I wanted to drop in and quickly give you an update on the ongoing news about  the dinar revaluation process.

Today’s New

Yesterday marked the end of the deadline to file any election irregularities  from the April 30th elections to the Iraqi Electoral Commission. As we all heard this date moved from 5/29 due to the extent of the fraud that was being reported. From what I have heard there were many issues as I tried to explain some of them in my 5/23 news letter. So then  there was a battle raged in Iraq. It was not a physical battle but a political one. Most of it was kept out of the news (since the news is negative about Maliki and guess who owns most of the new media in Iraq- Bingo ! ) but I assure  it was ragging but the outcome was  certain and it does not look good for Maliki.

To coincide with the fraud reporting period the high court also has moved out its deadline to ratify and then announce the results. This was scheduled to be done on June 6th but now is moved out to June 10th.  This was so expected came out in the news like clockwork.

So lets look forward to this period to hear of  the  winning coalition. I have a pretty good idea, as I have summarized before, that it would most likely be the citizens coalition. They might come out and call it something else since it will be a combination of votes from many coalitions. The citizens coalition did lead the effort however.

This massive effort began in April 2012 when we heard all the articles about a no-confidence for the prime minister. Do you remember those days? In June of the same year Dr Shabibi tried to RV and later in the year Iraqi president Talibani suffered a massive stroke. The stroke was during a session with Maliki and in the discussion the choice of words exchanged between the two was not pleasant. I suspect fowl play. This too is kept out of the news (since once again who controls the news media in Iraq?). Also this would anger Kurdistan even more if it ever did leaked out. I will say I do not have positive proof of this devious game but there is talk in the backdoor circles of Iraq when this topic comes up.

Maliki and his goons are noted for de-rallying any opposition and opponents. Their   known method is either to show up at your door it the middle of the night and take you away or poison you by contaminating a water bottle provided at these meetings. In some circles we have a saying. “if you can’t beat them join them”,. Maliki’s saying is “if you can’t beet them eliminate then”. So anything is possible. The truth may eventually come out once the new government is established and things settle down.

News came out over this past weekend in a Iraq news conference with the speaker of the Iraq house.  Nujaifi said during his answer to reporters’ questions to the number of deputies in the Sunni lists of who was ready to ally with al-Maliki. He said they do not  exceed more than four MPs.

Also just announced in same press conference that Motahedoon Coalition is ready to discuss any candidate for the National Alliance with the exception of al-Maliki. WE have seen many articles come out lately with the same news. Maliki is simple not getting the support he anticipated.

What I cannot understand is how some can still cling to the notion that Maliki has won a 3rd term as prime minister already. This news was given to us weeks ago. It was premature and inaccurate. Do you not read or listen to real, honest news from Iraq?

So here is how I am told the rest of the process will go and how long it will take to form and to announce the new Iraq government.

The formation of the next government will not take more than two months, or less as articles have told us. Even if it does take longer, as least we know they are making an effort to not repeat the 2010 lengthy election process.

Legally and constitutionally they cannot delay forming the government for a long time, as happened in past elections. The decision of the Federal Court has set a time for the formation of the new government, and refusing the open sessions of the parliament after the end of its legislative period can not happen since there still are so much long   pending legislation.

After the ratification of the election results, the president calls the parliament, within fifteen days, to hold its first session, to elect a speaker and two deputies, and then elect the new president, who calls the head of the largest bloc in the Parliament to form a government within thirty days.

What I am hearing for a TimeLine:

June 10th ratification of election results and announcement of results

June 14th current Parliament session is over, the current government’s charter is ended, the new prime minister, the president and the speaker of the house (all the key or  “presidential” positions) must be announced prior to this date.

June 11th – June25th president calls the parliament (anywhere within this fifteen day window) so we will know the makeup of the parliament within this timeframe.

June 26th – July 24th Parliament is to formally approve the government anywhere within this thirty day window. So now they must play out the politics and try to make everyone happy so they can work together in whatever government formation they rollout.

As I have said previously I do not expect that Iraq will take 5-6 months to form this new government as in 2010. This government should be formed quickly since they have been planning for this since 2012, as I said above.

Meanwhile we will continue to see articles on the process they are now undertaking as the head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar Al-Hakim, discusses with the Deputy Prime Minister and leading figure within the Kurdistani Democratic Party, Ruz Nouri Shawis, the steps to compose the new government.
I hope this timeline has been helpful.

Other Significant News This Past Weekend

We have all heard about the events leading up to Iraq being excepted in to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Over this past weekend the council of 17 (the GOI) signed all  paperwork  to allow Iraq to enter in the biggest market of the world the WTO.  Yes it is true. We now only await to hear the formal announcement from the UN on this matter and it will be final.

The United States Security Council has ensured that all the Iraq protection funds will be released and sent to the Iraq as an independent nation and then Iraq will have full control over these funds.

This membership will add much in the overall economic condition of Iraq. The access to this world’s best market will enhance the trade and business activities in Iraq. It will allow access for Iraq to export oil in the world’s biggest market.

MG: We will not see any RV until we see a fully functional government

Mnt. Goat:    Today I wanted to give you a quick update on the ongoing news about the dinar revaluation process.
The news we are tracking this week in almost unreal it is so good.
Many events had to take place first so the exchanges could happen. Remember these exchanges I am referring to are not just for our IQD (as citizen speculators) but the seeded IQD in banks all over the world. All future exchanges will need to deal directly with the CBI in some way.
This too is why they call the IQD the base currency. When it finally goes international all the banks holding the currency in their reserves will meet the new Basel III reserve limits.
This will be like refreshing or kick starting the monetary system to put everyone back on a level playing field. Where we go from there depends on whether the corruption and greed continues or if they will finally see the light and follow the new financial regulations.
It can only benefit everyone in the long term to cooperate and work together. Clearly a failed, collapsed system will benefit hardly anyone (unless of course you conspire to intentionally be the cause, thus set yourself up)
I also want to keep you a breast of the plot (lead by the USA) to put Maliki back as prime minister for a 3rd term. In this regard it might be advantageous to re-read my last news letter dated 5/28 first to fully understand some of what I am about to tell you today.
Today’s News
There was an article that come out today from a news conference with Ahmed Abdel Hadi Chalabi. He is the MP for the coalition of citizen and is favored to take the prime minister position should the coalition obtain the majority seats in parliament. I will give you a brief history of Chalabi later on in the news letter so you can become familiar with him.
So as I stated in my 5/28 news letter there was plot to undermine the elections and to put Maliki back in as the prime minister for a 3rd term, in spite of the constitutional decree. This decree (law) states that a third term in prohibited. This plot was lead by the USA. If you read my 5/28 news letter you can understand why they were doing this and the impacts it might have on Iraqi citizens and its government.
Yesterday an article came out from the Iraq Electoral Commission saying they will wait yet another three more days (till June 1st) to announce the formal election results. Why?
This was to allow time to uncover and report any know election fraud. They said they extended this 3 days due to some holiday over the weekend but in reality that had nothing to do with it. Didn’t they know about the holiday before they announce May 29th would be the deadline? You must keep asking these questions and dig deeper to find the truth.
So instead the deadline was extended because there is much more fraud being discovered than imagined and has to be dealt with either way. There is also a huge battle going on behind the scenes and this battle is using this voting fraud as leverage to get what they want. What they want is a coalition to combine votes to obtain the needed 167 seats in parliament to overcome the State Law Coalition.
If you remember the State Law Coalition won 92 seats outright (the majority from the preliminary election results). They too now have the opportunity to combine votes and form a larger block that would obtain the needed 167 minimum seats or more to overcome the citizens coalition. But can they?
No- I do not believe they will since there are not enough seats remaining to even try at this point. Due to Maliki and his past performance, most parties figure he is more of a liability than an asset and so this is making it difficult for his party to combine coalitions/blocks to obtain the needed votes.
You might see some articles showing him meeting with some of the other blocks and gaining support. This is all for publicity and the news media. We all know who owns most of the news media. All he is going to get is a trickle of other votes and nothing significant will come out of it.
So this plot to allow Maliki for a 3rd term is not working.
Seems there are still some “real” politicians left in Iraq and they are fighting with great fortitude so Maliki will never have any part in the Iraq government again. It is taking a bit longer but they are winning the battle…. hurry ! It may take a bit longer for us to get our RV but it will be worth it to see Maliki gone. This is my opinion. You all have your own.
I have said a lot up to now so let me put these pieces of the puzzle I have just given you together for you so you can see the picture as to where this all is heading in the RV process.
So this recent news conference by Chalabi told us that the citizens coalition united with many other blocks (as I said they would do in my 5/24 news letter) to carry the minimum of 167 seats in parliament.
Well today we are told they now have 210 seats way over the needed 167 seats. He also tells us they are now working hard to agree on who will be the three presidencies, meaning the 1) prime minister 2) president 3) speaker of the house.
These are the 3 key leadership positions according to their constitution. Once these are selected the rest of the government should fall into place quickly. This is not going to be anything like the 2010 election when it took nearly 6 months to piece the new government together. I say they are doing pretty good since this is only their 3rd seated government of their new democracy.
Remember I said we will not see any RV to just before or just after the announcement of fully formed, stable, functional new government. Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi an Iraqi economist who served as the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq has also said this many times, as it was part of his currency restructuring plan and still is. .
There is also the new Federation Council that will include representatives from each of the provinces and I am hearing this will be led my Ayad Allawi. Some also say he might be a good candidate for president but he is not a Kurd (rather a secular Shia ) as I believe this position is being negotiated and will be given to a Kurd.
Here is some information on Chalabi
Ahmed Abdel Hadi Chalabi (Arabic:(born 30 October 1944) is an Iraqi politician. He was interim oil minister in Iraq in April–May 2005 and December–January 2006 and deputy prime minister from May 2005 until May 2006. Chalabi failed to win a seat in parliament in the December 2005 elections, and when the new Iraqi cabinet was announced in May 2006, he was not given a post.
Once dubbed the “George Washington of Iraq” by American supporters, he has fallen out of favor and is currently under investigation by several U. S. government sources. He was also the subject of a 2008 biography by investigative journalist Aram Roston,
Chalabi is a controversial figure, especially in the United States, for many reasons. In the lead-up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, the Iraqi National Congress (INC), with the assistance of lobbying powerhouse BKSH & Associates, provided a major portion of the information on which U. S. Intelligence based its condemnation of the Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, including reports of weapons of mass destruction and alleged ties to al-Qaeda. Most, if not all, of this information has turned out to be false and Chalabi a fabricator.
That, combined with the fact that Chalabi subsequently boasted, in an interview with the British Sunday Telegraph, about the impact that their alleged falsifications had on American policy, led to a falling out between him and the U. S. government. Remember he was an Iraq citizen (a patriot) and Iraq was at war with the Untied States.
Furthermore, Chalabi has been found guilty of the Petra banking scandal in Jordan. In January 2012, a French intelligence official stated that they believed Chalabi to be an Iranian agent. Initially, Chalabi enjoyed close political and business relationships with some members of the U. S. government, including some prominent neoconservatives within the Pentagon.
Chalabi is said to have had political contacts within the Project for the New American Century, most notably with Paul Wolfowitz, a student of nuclear strategist Albert Wohlstetter, and Richard Perle. He also enjoyed considerable support among politicians and political pundits in the United States, most notably Jim Hoagland of The Washington Post, who held him up as a notable force for democracy in Iraq. He was a special guest of First Lady Laura Bush at the 2004 State of the Union Address.
Other Important News This Week
Now it was OFAC that published the amendment to EO 13303. Therefore, the assets of the CBI are no longer under sanctions within the USA. The importance here is that if OFAC prohibits a country, our banks are unable to do business with that country. Now, OFAC is stating that all sanctions are lifted as to the CBI. All exchange companies are to purchase the dollar directly from the CBI (wire transfer or cash).
This is done through submitting an application to the foreign currency exchange window, following the mechanisms and instructions numbered 9/3/21 dated 1/26/2014 Iraq will no longer have to go through money auctions.
I suspect the auctions will now finally be suspended. This may be something to watch for in the coming days. Many believe the majority of the auctions where just faked anyhow for the last 6 moths or more.
Summary
So we are hearing strongly now that the plan by the USA to put Maliki in for a 3rd term has been spoiled. But we will not be certain until the final announcements are made early next week.
It gladdens me to say that there are still some honest politicians who can stand up to would be dictators, foreign medaling countries and can set the example for the world to see. These people are no longer acceptable in our societies and will not be tolerated – this is the example that must be shown to the free world.
Someday I hope to visit Iraq and to see in person those provinces that held the riots and stood up for justice. Might there be bronze statues in the squares of those brave men who led these movements. Of course then all this violence may be a thing of the past and maybe, just maybe these secs can come to understand and learn that more is always gained through peace rather than violence.
I certainly hope that the 2014 elections will make a real change for the people if Iraq.
I hope this will be a clear turning point for Iraq and the culprits of the Maliki regime will all be held accountable for their actions.
This will bring me yet more pleasure than even finally going to the bank to exchange my currency.

UU4344 New Iraq Gov’t Announcement Soon

Hi Everyone,

Today I wanted to give you a quick update on the ongoing news about  the dinar revaluation process.

….

It is taking a bit longer but they are winning the battle….hurry !

Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi   an Iraqi economist who served as the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq has also said this many times, as it was part of his currency restructuring plan and still is..

Once dubbed the “George Washington of Iraq” by American supporters, he has fallen out of favor and is currently under investigation by several U.S. government sources. He was also the subject of a 2008 biography by investigative journalist Aram Roston,

Chalabi is a controversial figure, especially in the United States, for many reasons. In the lead-up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, the Iraqi National Congress (INC), with the assistance of lobbying powerhouse BKSH & Associates, provided a major portion of the information on which U.S. Intelligence based its condemnation of the Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, including reports of weapons of mass destruction and alleged ties to al-Qaeda. Most, if not all, of this information has turned out to be false and Chalabi a fabricator.

That, combined with the fact that Chalabi subsequently boasted, in an interview with the British Sunday Telegraph, about the impact that their alleged falsifications had on American policy, led to a falling out between him and the U.S.

Initially, Chalabi enjoyed close political and business relationships with some members of the U.S. government, including some prominent neoconservatives within the Pentagon.

I certainly hope that the 2014 elections will make a real change for the people if Iraq.

.

I hope this will be a clear turning point for Iraq and the culprits of the Maliki regime will all be held accountable for their actions.

This will bring me yet more pleasure than even finally going to the bank to exchange my currency.

Peace and Luv To Ya All,
Mnt Goat

Mountain Goat Update “A Sad Story”

UU4322 Today’s News – A Sad Story

Hi Everyone,

Today I wanted  to give you more on the ongoing news about  the dinar revaluation process. There are some recent events that startled many this past week  and these events that are tracking nicely to tell us that the IQD revaluation is about to happen.

I also need to tell you a story today. A story about a plot to manipulate the politicians of the middleeast into picking the new prime minister.. One which the USA chooses and supports and not the country as a whole. This story sickens my stomach each time I think about it.

It does this because it is hard to believe that a country like the USA that boast about democracy and humanitarian efforts for the middleeast and yet can be so ruthless and cunning.
~~~
The question remaining now is will the honest politicians see through this plot or will they be blindsided and fall for it hook line and sinker. These next couple weeks will tell us. I include this story below.
I know it is a lot of reading and I am sorry for making these last news letters so long. I have tried my best to condense and summarize the news. This is very difficult since you must remember what has happened in the past to connect all the pieces to this crazy puzzle. Being that the puzzle too is dynamic does not make it easier.
Once again I ask all you diligent readers to go back and re-read my news letters from 5/50. 5/23 and 5/24 prior to reading this one. Since they will assist you in understanding what I have to say today on 5/28.
If not already soon it will all “click” in you head and you too will begin to see the big picture. Do you really care? You should since this same manipulation is the reason why the constant wars in middle east and now what we are seeing in Ukraine.
Today’s News
Recently I have come into some information that I could hardly believe when I heard it. However this should not have shocked me so much since we all know the CIA has been very busy in the past in Iraq manipulating events with Syria and using Maliki to do their dirty work. Well we are about to see it again.
This information begins with Vice President Joe Biden’s comments last year and again just recently when he said he would prefer that the Kurdistan Region become a separate entity from Baghdad. This is actually USA policy now with Iraq. Did you know that?
The majority of the oil is in Kurdistan. The Kurds are more friendly towards the USA. They also allow military bases in their region. The Baghdad government meaning the GOI on the surface appears not very USA friendly.
Lets us pick apart what I have said so far. First Badhdad has not been so friendly and cooperative to the USA because of the current prime minister, whom they put in place in 2010 as their patsy. Go figure? Is this intentional?
Next I thought the USA lost over 4,000 lives (150,000 casualties) fighting in Iraq to get rid of Saddam Hussein because he was such a terrible dictator that mistreated his people by torturing them and keeping them in poverty. So what happened to this notion of democracy and a free government in Iraq? Is it just good for Iraq when it is convenient for the USA?
Now we are seeing a plot to ensure that the USA gets what it really wants from Iraq. That is of control over its oil reserves. The truth now be told. Remember there are trillions in oil credits for the USA,  a guaranteed cost per barrel of oil.
This is going to amount to trillions of dollars once all the  IQD in the hands of USA speculative investors (like you and me) are exchanged. Some of the oil credits are being traded now too like commodities for much needed cash to run the US government.
This plot will ensure the current prime minister Maliki   serves a 3rd term since they know this will cause the Kurds to withdraw from Baghdad. This is intentional.
We have already heard the news as a precursor of what is to follow. They keep pumping in the news media over and over again that they State Law coalition won the election. Of course they softly say this was only the ”preliminary” results.
The final results were due to come out on May 25th and this was postponed due to fraudulent voting and ballot box stuffing. Iraq now has until Thursday 5/29 to discover the irregularities and report them or they will be ignored.
The judicial also needs time to review the findings and so already announced they will need until around June 5th. before they can complete the process and formally ratify the final elections results. This buys them time to take advantage of the situation and put their plot in place.
So here we see the pinch points  What I mean is these are the areas that they are going to use to show us all that they went through the motions and  to make it all look like the proper efforts (due diligence) has been done to ensure that the election was done legal and proper.
We will never know exactly what is happening now behind the scenes during the re-count. Could the USA (through the UN) step in and say ignore much of the fraud that  you find? Yes this will probably happen since they must do this to complete their plan of leaving the preliminary results un-tampered with so Maliki could serve a 3rd term.
The Kurds already have said they will submit a referendum to parliament to succeed from the Badhdad government should Maliki serve a third term. This news too is being pumped in the media. Have you noticed? This is great news for the USA since they wanted this all along and this is the plan. Everything goes their way.
But what will happen to the poor people of Iraq with Maliki once again? What about the average citizen who is trying to raise a family, have a job and live in peace? What will happen to them under this new dictator called Nori Al-Maliki? They are already seeing the iron fist of Maliki now in the Anbar providence. Have you read the news lately from Iraq?
If you read my last post dated 5/24 you can understand that it will not be pretty for the people of Iraq if Maliki is left for a 3rd term. You think the prisons are full now? Do you think he is going to let the Kurds live in peace, knowing they control all the revenue that should be going to Badhdad?
We can surely look for civil war and more protesting post election.  Wait a second I thought this is why the USA fought the war in the first place to let the people self govern.
We can all see it so clearly now too. There will almost certainly be major trouble in Iraq once again if Maliki is left in power. Stagnant legislation again, loss of liberty and justice, stagnant/delayed reconstruction projects, more corruption and fraud. Another 4 years of no real change.
Is this what they USA really wants for Iraq? Are they afraid that it has the potential to become a great, prosperous, democratic nation if left alone to freely govern itself. Surely there are some  honest politicians in Iraq that can do the job. So why do they continue supporting this Maliki guy and his goons?
This mistake will cost the USA too in the long run since Iraq will almost certainly become a strong puppet state of Iran and go into civil war. More than likely a harbor for more terrorists and a source of armed resistance to fight Assad in Syria will result. Remember why they must overthrow Assad? Go back and re-read my news letter from 5/20.
This can all get very confusing real fast if you are not careful since it is dynamic and they are trying to confuse us so we can’t put the pieces of the puzzle together to find the real agenda of the USA  in the middle east. They do not want us to know  why all these events are happening.
The news in USA is dumbed down and you only get what they want you to know. Remember this too – none of these events are happen by coincidence. They are all well designed and orchestrated. There is no such thing as coincidence.
Let us take a look at some other events now happening that give us also an indication that something relevant and huge is about to happen concerning the revaluation of the IQD and the global currency reset.
1. The May 27th Amendment of executive order 13303 signed into law   ending immunities granted to the development fund for Iraq and certain other Iraqi property and interests in property as pursuant to the executive order of May 22, 2003.
How does this effect the IQD revaluation process and the GCR?
This changes the circumstances in Iraq, including the Government of Iraq’s progress in resolving and managing the risk associated with outstanding debts and claims arising from actions of the previous regime, “I hereby terminate the prohibitions contained in section 1 of Executive Order” ordered President Obama. Very soon Iraq will be standing on it own in dealing with these future issues.
There is also a matter of back debt from Saddam Hussien’s era that will have to be paid. The promises made was to do it in the revalued rate, post RV. This money is now due.
.2, Russia plans to replace the dollar in global currency trade  Minister of economic development of the Russian Alexei Alkioev that his country intends to replace the dollar in commercial transactions by three global currencies, the Chinese yuan and the South Korean won and the Vietnamese Dong, in response to Western sanctions against Moscow.
Alecoev said in an interview with Russian state television, he can not end the Moscow dollar deal fully in business dealings with its partners, but it will reduce the deal and work on gradually replaced Chinese yuan and Vietnamese Dong and the South Korean won.
How does this effect the IQD revaluation process and the GCR?
Simple put this give real value and legitimacy to the proposed revalue rates of these currencies. Remember they are in the basket of the 190+ currencies set for the GCR.
 3. Confirmed news that there will be a strong assurance of who the  new prime minister of Iraq will be and what the new government of Iraq will look like  prior to June 14th .
How does this effect the IQD revaluation process and the GCR?
Remember I have said repeatedly and still stick to information by my sources that there will be no revaluation of the IQD or GCR until there the new Iraq government and the prime minister are selected.
Summary
So we are hearing strongly now that the plan is for Maliki to serve a 3rd term in spite of the overwhelming strong opposition to him. As far as the voting fraud, it may all be discounted and ignored. Yes we will hear some news about it and the news media may even show some statistics on it but in the long run it will be downplayed.
This is all just going through the motions to make us feel good about the due diligence being taken to ensure free elections have taken place. In reality most of the fraud will be ignored. This all will only add legitimacy to the announcement in the long run when the fraudulent final results show that Maliki is once again the prime minister.
To be prime minister once again we are being told that Maliki must first assist the CBI  in completing the revaluation and restructuring of their currency before he becomes official. They have given him a June 6th   deadline, the final day set for the judicial system to ratify the election results.
The new rate must go international by then. This is the base currency for the global currency reset (GCR). I have told you that this would not happen until Iraq has selected its new government and shows signs of relative stability (meaning the USA gets what it wants). This is the plan.
In pains me to say  I am appalled and ashamed of what is taking place with this 2014 election process in Iraq. I see no real change happening and another 4 years of the same stagnation. I wish is was not this way.
In fact all the hope of  the 2014 elections of making a real change are gone as   the average person  will soon see and wonder what just what happened. Instead of celebrating they will be shocked when the announcements are made.
The ideals of a free democracy will be torn apart as  the people hear the final election results. Once again their free democracy has been hijacked.
However there is still hope since the final election results are not yet ratified and announced in Iraq. They are still  sit at the crossroad and can freely decide what path to take.  Will they chose the right path?
Now is the time for the real leaders of Iraq to come forward, to be strong and stand up to the interfering, bungling foreign policies of the USA. They must now do what is right and build the needed coalition  and play politics.
Do what is necessary to ensure the chains of enslavement of Iraq are freed.
Let the freedom bells ring in Baghdad too as we now remember our dead on this memorial week.
Let us not find that our young men and women sacrificed their lives for the riches from oil but for freedom.
Peace and Luv To Ya All,    Mnt Goat
Iraqi Dinar Guru opinions 5-25-14
5-25-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur AS A REALITY INFORMATION PROVIDER, I ALWAYS ERR ON THE SIDE OF REMAINING GROUNDED OVER HYPE AND FOOLISHNESS. THAT BEING SAID, IT’S OK TO GET AT LEAST SEMI EXCITED WHEN WE HIT THE OCCASIONAL MAJOR WINDOWS THAT COME UP ONCE OR TWICE EACH YEAR. IMO WE ARE IN THE MOTHER OF ALL WINDOWS EVER STARTING FROM…MAY 25TH TO THE BEGINNING OF JULY. WITHOUT GOING INTO A LENGTHY INFORMATIONAL DIATRIBE AS TO WHY I FEEL THIS WAY, I THINK WE ARE CROSSING A MILESTONE IN THIS INVESTMENT WE HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN BEFORE.
5-25-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur HANDS ARE BEING PLAYED IN A WAY THAT HAVE MADE IT FINALLY CONDUCIVE FOR THINGS TO POSITIVELY PROGRESS POLITICALLY AND ECONOMICALLY IN IRAQ ON AN UNPRECEDENTED SCALE. THE ECONOMIC AND FINANCE COMMITTEES WITH UN AND IMF ASSISTANCE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO DO, AND JUST SHORT OF A SEATED GOVT AND THE BUDGET AND REFORM LAW, THE CBI IS READY TO FINALLY ECONOMICALLY MIRROR IRAQ TO THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY. OF COURSE I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BE AS DEAD WRONG AS ANYBODY ELSE AS WE ARE DEALING WITH IRAQ, BUT STARTING TOMORROW [SUNDAY] I BELIEVE EVENTS ARE ABOUT TO UNFOLD BETWEEN NOW AND JULY LIKE NEVER, EVER BEFORE.
5-25-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 …MALIKI IS FIGHTING FOR EVERY VOTE TRYING TO GET THE THIRD TERM AND HE IS PANICKING TO MAKE DEALS WITH ANYONE THAT CAN HELP HIM GET HIS THIRD TERM AND…MANY ARE SAYING ABSOLUTELY NO TO A THIRD TERM. THE RV IS IN HANDS THAT YOU AND I WILL NEVER HEAR ANYTHING FROM AND THE TIMING WILL BE HELD IN THE STRICTEST OF CONFIDENCE TILL THE BUTTON IS PUSHED.
5-25-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 I HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE EVEN THE DETAILS OF THE STEPS TO BE TAKEN ARE CLOSELY GUARDED AND LIKE KUWAIT THERE WILL BE MISDIRECTION RUMOR PRIOR TO THE RELEASE AND THERE WILL BE MUCH OF IT FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES. WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE ANY WARNING AND WILL NOT…WE DO HOWEVER HAVE INFORMATION THAT THE RV IS …WITHIN MALIKI’S DEALS HE IS OFFERING AND IF ANYONE CAN GET IT DONE HE IS THE MAN AS HE HAS PROVEN OVER AND OVER FOR YEARS. IF IT IS GOOD FOR MALIKI THEN IT WILL BE GOOD FOR US…
5-25-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG I don’t see the “whole of” the National Alliance endorsing Maliki. I suspect there will be a “rebuilding ” of a new National Alliance – without Maliki. The final solution is a little ways off. None of which HAS to mean there is some kind of “currency stalement”…it is not impossible to imagine the world powers may well do as they want BETWEEN this regime and the seating of the next GOI. If they feel confident they won’t have to put up with Maliki’s “Gerry Mandering” their processes they may enact the reforms they need to see before anyone else is allowed to come in and take advantage of the situation. Not impossible to believe…
5-25-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar the dead line for the NA to be organized and behind a candidate is June 14th…The NA has still not had a vote now but IMO they will move the process along quickly now and choose a PM candidate that they can take to the floor of the new parliament when it convenes on the 15th of June. My money is still on Chalabi. Maliki is out and he cannot win.
5-24-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday “Baghdad Osman Mukhtar source revealed prominent leader in the ‘coalition united’, on Friday, announced that the ‘united bloc’ and ‘Kurdistan Alliance’ have decided to take over the prime minister’s refusal outgoing, Nuri al-Maliki, for a third term, and that at a meeting held this morning in the city of Arbil, in Iraqi Kurdistan. ” a meeting that states they are not allowing maliki to take a thrid term…that Maliki leaving will end the internal problems. this is absolute huge news.
5-24-2014 RUMOR Guru EXOGEN Live testing now…soon…at all the int’l banks, the US banks testing 100% confirmed. Maliki and Christine leGarde signed off the documents to release the RV yesterday! 100% confirmed. Jack Lew announcement is no longer needed. The plan is to put out misinformation. Maliki is no longer needed/wanted and will be gone.
5-24-2014 Intel Guru Mnt Goat The formal election results are coming out on Monday May 26th, as needed by law. My question now is – On Monday’s news will they show us the final, final coalition that will win or just a repeat of these preliminary results made formal. I think they will announce the winning coalition and tell us how it was formed. I still firmly believe we will not see any dinar revaluation until the new government is fully seated and stable.
5-24-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday Article quote: “…an MP for the Liberal bloc member of the Finance Committee Magda Tamimi Presidency of the Council of Representatives to convene an emergency session early next week to discuss the draft general budget bill. ” so we have the budget back on the table in an emergency session this coming week — not a surprise at all but very nice to see it as expected.
White Hat Auxiliary Q & A
David says:         May 21, 2014 at 10:45 am   Having tracked many of these “alternative news” sites for years, I’ve noticed an unbelievable surge of Disinformation rippling throughout the internet recently.
I jokingly proclaimed that it is now possible to find a solid piece of info from a very credible source… while simultaneously finding a strong opposing viewpoint, from an equally qualified source — for virtually EVERY topic on this planet!
IMHO, we all need to get better at research, due diligence, vetting, etc… BEFORE the next wave of global changes rise high above our ability to comprehend, and navigate around, the widespread turbulence.      Rock on, Mr. WHA!
whitehatauxiliaries says:               May 23, 2014 at 4:25 pm   A done deal? We never said the dinar RV was a done deal, even with the Chi-Ru deal being settled in domestic funds.
From what I read, the Dong was described as the better deal. It’s already internationally traded and does not suffer from the overprinting/hyped up mystique that guru blogs have created for it.
Also, the gold backing has not materialized for it at this time. That is another story, and one which has only scratched the surface and for one where little information is available at this time.
I cannot comment on the Rupiah since I have none and am not expert in Indonesian finance.
whitehatauxiliaries says:               May 23, 2014 at 12:52 pm   Hello,  I will be talking to our WH contact tonight. 122 should follow shortly thereafter, barring any unforeseen events.  Thank you.
alwaysme says:      May 23, 2014 at 2:47 pm   Yea! Thanks Tony, you are so appreciated! And would you please convey my sincere gratitude and admiration to White Hat tonight! Long live the White Hats!
On a side note, it seems that some people are considering exchanging dinars for dongs based on information from the latest report on OWoN. Do you have any thoughts on that you’d be willing to share?   Thanks. Always!
By the way, it was really nice of you to give the WHA astrologer a vacation. You are a swell guy!
whitehatauxiliaries says:               May 23, 2014 at 4:19 pm   Thank you, and I will convey your message to them.   It certainly has been the prevailing notion that the Dong is the better bet in terms of reaching the finish line in a timely manner. The Dinar, according to those in the trenches, is problematic.
Of course, the gurus seemed to have missed that part of the deal when they were busy chumming the water via the multiple monetized blogs. You can get Dong a most banks, but not so the Dinar.
You need dealers for that, and with that comes lots of sticky fingers and a healthy vig.
Personally, I feel the Dong is the better bet. The Dinar is not totally dead, but suffers from real world number issues at this time. We simply do not know all the details, but we hope the WGS will allow a pathway for Dinars to bank for those who went in heavy on guru-laden advice.
Yes, our Astrologer was overworked and was sent to Baghdad for a holiday. We thought the surroundings might do him good.
 Also, since the gurus claim that people are screaming the streets and cashing in at ATM’s at $3.75, that we would have him check it out for us. That is, if he can avoid the car bombs and occasional mortar rounds that drop into the markets. I guess the screaming in the streets part is probably true. Thank you!
Valdi says:          May 23, 2014 at 1:27 am   OWoN today features a detailed article too long to transcribe here.    The Dinar / Dong Great Public Gamble is Tottering
http://www.oneworldofnations.com/
What John writes conveys a great deal of common sense and probable disappointment for many. A major problem, as I see it, is the absence of sufficient velocity of money to the real wealth creators;
those who would use those funds to start or expand their own businesses, pay off debts, assist their communities – the ordinary people; not the corporate, banking or political tyrannosaurs who have raped and pillaged the planet and continue to do so through unfair taxation, criminal activities and outright theft.
Perhaps if we had been allowed to keep and reinvest all our earnings instead of being shamelessly scammed throughout our working lives, there wouldn’t have been a need for welfare handouts from governments, which have themselves become massively bloated parasites upon humanity.
Valdi says:          May 23, 2014 at 1:55 am   I recommend this lecture by Mark Passio to those who want to know how to overcome the bullies in society. He starts off by discussing the Roswell incident but only as a lead on to an explanation of the real problems afflicting the human race and how to overcome them –
by not giving away our sovereignty or personal responsibility to those who would enslave us, and by realigning with natural, universal spiritual truths, not worshipping authoritarialism, materialism and other false religions  –    Mark Passio – Morality And Disclosure (1 hr)
Terry601 says:   May 23, 2014 at 11:21 am  I am not aware of the Dong PP, but the military will receive a contract rate with the Dinar PP. I believe all involved with the Reno Dinar PP will receive the same rate. The military is not the only agency.
hartwell says:        May 23, 2014 at 11:07 am   Read that. From my perspective seems like he is saying is that the dinar is on shaky ground but the rest of the currencies are okay.
The dinar is overprinted and a lot of investors are in it. Which is why i diversify my portofolio with dong, dinar yuan mexican peso gold and silver etc. Guys we gotta stick with reality
 Andrew says:         May 23, 2014 at 3:58 pm     Exactly Hartwell. The shift from the USD is unmistakable and can be treated as a separate process to the RV for investment terms.
What stands to rise against the USD as this process continues? Many indicate silver is historically cheap and on that basis alone it stands out as a value investment in my mind.
 I have also thought about the yuan and reasoned that the PMs that will back it’s currency are just as good. I have turned from the get rich quick mentality to an investment mentality.
chris g. says:       May 23, 2014 at 11:48 am   Seeing as thought mercury retrograde is upon us (in astrology this is the best time to do anything that starts with re) and all these countries are re writing treaties and re doing the entire financial system, may being the “crazy” vacation season I do believe we will be here all summer so october seems more realistic to me. What is your opinion as far as us waiting and do you think we will be still poor AFTER this octocber?
whitehatauxiliaries says:               May 24, 2014 at 11:50 am   Hello,  I have not discussed the Indonesian Rupiah with anyone in a specific sense, nor have I any thoughts to share on it. Thank you
Iceman says:      May 24, 2014 at 8:08 am   Tony from your research the money that’s going to RV the dong to lets say $.47 per dollar.   Is that coming from the wgs or other sources.
whitehatauxiliaries says:               May 24, 2014 at 11:55 am   Well, that is a complex question. To be specific, let me say that I do not possess the pay grade to give you a precise detailed answer.
Overall, my understanding is that it will come from the framework set up in BASEL 3, which requires all currencies to be asset backed, among many other things.
 The Global Settlements are about releasing fresh resources into the world, largely from off balance sheet wealth. Where the two meet is still not something I am privy to, but let’s put it this way:
The mechanics to make the RV go down are pretty much known to those who are responsible for doing it. As long as they know how to make it go forward, I am happy to let them just do their thing, and we can review the details of it all after the fact.  No matter how, it’s going to happen.
D says:    May 24, 2014 at 11:15 am   From OWoN    May 24, 2014 at 11:55 AM
We deal only via one group of focused Professionals seeking RV and currency resolution. They are now completing 2 years in situ waiting. Rumors and false claims by late coming gatecrashers are pointless.
Layers of wildcat Brokers confuse the market and reality. Most are just noise on the system.
No one yet has any clear indication of resolution. It takes what it takes. If its a further long haul so be it. Guessing is pointless. Silly Season is here in a week. The world is in conflict.
 Neither Banks nor the Treasury have money to bail or burn. Reality, Its chaos out there with ever more confusion propounded by Gurus and idiot Brokers. Hard working, stressed Professionals in place can do no more.
 Again, only speculate what you can afford to lose and do not see any of this as a fast get out of jail card. Hugely complex dynamics are at work with an insolvent system reaching collapse stages.
 Dont give up the day jobs. No early resolution seems likely so far. Its all overhyped. This is a waiting game. No one can do more. There are no guarantees. Look for other solutions for pressing debts. .
MtnHwk says:    May 24, 2014 at 3:42 pm   Seriously though… I get it in a big way. Apparently there is nothing we can do to help. We are wanting to help.
Being aware of that which OWoN has accomplished to date, and haw far you have gotten with your allies, I believe you will not stop until you have completed.
The alternative is not an option for humanity. We are running out of time. I see it in the unemployed, I see it everywhere. There is probably 20% of the US pops that are fully aware that things are reaching critical mass no longer. We are there. Please hurry. Thank you,   Godspeed
XCE says:             May 25, 2014 at 1:59 am   Any thoughts on this WHA? Seems things were hopeful awhile back, but now it looks the same as last year. Any clarity on this or is it time to accept the fact it likely isn’t happening, this year at least? The process keeps repeating itself year after year.
OWON May 25, 2014 at 12:33 AM   James    Reality is there is no money and nothing is happening.  Plan for another 6 to 12 months waiting unless we see action. Nothing is emerging.
whitehatauxiliaries says:        May 25, 2014 at 2:03 am   Hello,   My thoughts?
Things are happening. Not sure about the “nothing is happening part”, but it is qualified with “unless we see action”. Let’s see if we see action.   Thank you!
tiny says:             May 21, 2014 at 8:07 am   Can you please comment on St. Germain, Who is this person real or not real. He was supposed to do good things around Easter and Christmas. Do know anything in this regards. Thanks
whitehatauxiliaries says:    May 21, 2014 at 9:43 am     We are not able to answer that question because we have no contact with anyone who claims to be St. Germain.
Many claim to be in contact with him, and some say he is simply a channeled entity. We do not make it our business to know since that is not our area of concern.  Thank you.
tiny says:             May 21, 2014 at 6:41 pm   Any word from OWon regarding the 2-3 days more info regarding PPs and RV. Still waiting for update. Thanks
whitehatauxiliaries says:               May 21, 2014 at 8:24 pm   No word as of this post.  I am quite sure they will advise us when the time is right.
Terrence R. says:              May 24, 2014 at 9:01 am   Hello, WHA. I found a post by a guy calling himself The Realist. Apparently the Dong will remain at the rate it is at right now for good. Does the following post have anything to do with the GCR?
The Realist    05/24/2014 10:32am   The Dong Rate will remain stable against the Dollar.
Governor Binh also addressed questions about the dollar/dong exchange rate at the meeting.
Forex rates will remain stable and they will be adjusted by no more than one percent, Binh said.
The governor said earlier this year that the central bank will aim to keep changes in the forex exchange rate within two percent.
The new one percent margin was made following “five years of stable forex situations,” he explained.      Please give me your thoughts.
Terrence R. says:              May 24, 2014 at 4:50 pm   Hello again WHA, I read an earlier post from you about the ZIM was mentioned with the higher ups. I went to a website that sells ZIM and they say it is a defunct currency and is not legal tender anywhere. Will this change when the GCR happens, or are do I not buy any?
whitehatauxiliaries says:               May 24, 2014 at 11:57 am   Well,   I am not expert in forex or in Vietnamese economics, but my personal outlook on this quote is that is belongs in the realm of the current system.    In the future, we will see just where the rate goes, and why.
whitehatauxiliaries says:   May 24, 2014 at 5:24 pm   Hello,
We do not have any information about the ZIM as to potential value post GCR. We asked for a complete list of post GCR currencies, but the request was denied. Once denied, we wont repeat the request.
