1203 was the market price reported yesterday, it is 1201 today…less is more and closer to the 2% variance supposedly desired by the IMF . Wow!! More good news. That is big. First time that has happened. The published “market rate” is what is dropping – not the 1166 (auction rate)…

the fact that the market rate and auction rate are getting closer together is pretty good news…this is one of the precursors put forth by the IMF before Iraq can gain entrance to article 8 – and international acceptance.

first two days it is realistic…which doesn’t absolutely mean it will happen tomorrow – just that it CAN.

 [So they are now in compliance or close to it?] as I understand it – today they are. I would suspect the IMF wants to see some stability at such a marker – JMHO.

 3 The new Govt is not fully formed and seated.

 Until all of that happens there will be NO RV.

 Hey guys! Just going to give you a brief update to where we are at the moment. A lot has happened in the past couple of days. Iraq is ready! Their PM is seated as well as the GOI, all we are waiting on is the formal announcement.

 Abadi has postponed this announcement twice now but hopefully will announce publicly on Wednesday. The CBI and the IMF both are ready to roll out the RV and the GCR. There are many countries coming to Iraqs aid in the defeat of the ISIS organization.

 I think this statement is one of the most important statements of the day! Being said that, the US sees that these countries are willing and very well capable of providing Iraq support. This could very well be a turning point for the US! The US is under extreme pressure from Iraq, IMF, and a few other countries, (china being the main country) to stop the stalls and release this to the world!

 With all the information floating around, it’s hard to believe who is telling the truth. Well, let me try and explain a little more. 9 out of 10 gurus provide you with updates each and every day. Just bc someone says that it’s going to pop tonight May or may not be true.

 I know that a few guys have called it the last few days and it actually was suppose to be released, however, the US found a way to stall once again. This has happened two different times in the past 5 days.

 I personally feel this will continue till made to do otherwise, however, I do think if the RV and the GCR is released it will be within the next two weeks.

 There’s just so much great info floating around and very little negativity! Let’s all hope that the US will get on board soon and bring this to an end!

The good from this well outweighs  the bad 1000 to 1.

IMF’s Christine Lagarde ‘under investigation’

French authorities have formally opened a negligence investigation into Christine Lagarde, the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

 She has been questioned about her role in awarding 400m euro (£318m; $527m) in compensation to businessman Bernard Tapie in 2008. She denies wrongdoing.

 Ms Lagarde, 58, was finance minister in President Nicolas Sarkozy’s government at the time of the award.

 Mr Tapie supported Mr Sarkozy in the 2007 presidential election.

 He was once a majority shareholder in sports goods company Adidas but sold it in 1993 in order to become a cabinet minister in Francois Mitterrand’s Socialist government.

 Mr Tapie sued Credit Lyonnais over its handling of the sale, alleging the partly state-owned bank had defrauded him by deliberately undervaluing the company.

 His case was later referred by Ms Lagarde to a three-member arbitration panel which awarded the compensation.

 Investigators suspect he was granted a deal in return for his support of Nicolas Sarkozy.

 Ms Lagarde said last year that her decision to refer Mr Tapie’s long-running dispute with Credit Lyonnais to a panel of judges was “the best solution at the time”.

 Although being placed under formal investigation does not necessarily lead to charges, the development could raise questions about the rest of her term at the IMF, which is due to end in 2016.

 She told AFP news agency she had no intention of resigning from the IMF.

 Ms Lagarde replaced Dominique Strauss-Kahn as IMF managing director in 2011.

 Mr Strauss-Kahn – also a former French minister – resigned following his arrest in New York on charges of sexual assault that were later dropped.

IMF’s Christine Lagarde placed under formal investigation

 Christine Lagarde, head of the International Monetary Fund, has been placed under formal investigation by a French court on suspicion of “negligence” in a political scandal dating to her time as finance minister under former president Nicolas Sarkozy.

 The case stems from allegations that an arbitration process that awarded €400m in 2008 to controversial businessman Bernard Tapie to settle a commercial dispute with the state was rigged because of his support for Mr Sarkozy in the 2007 presidential election.

 Ms Lagarde has always protested her innocence, denying any improper role in the arbitration process, which she says was independent and in the best interests of taxpayers. In a statement to the AFP news agency on Wednesday, she said that she had instructed her lawyer to appeal against the decision to place her under investigation, which is “without merit”.

“After three years of procedure, the sole surviving allegation is that through inadvertence or inattention I may have failed to intervene to block the arbitration that brought to an end the longstanding Tapie litigation,” Ms Lagarde said.

 Her spokesman told the Financial Times she had been placed under formal examination after 15 hours of questioning on Tuesday by France’s Court of Justice of the Republic, which has been investigating her role in the case. It was her fourth appearance in front of the judges.

 The spokesman added that the charge was relatively minor but one that nevertheless carried a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a fine of €15,000 if convicted.

 Being placed under formal investigation signals that the court believes there is evidence of a crime but does not always lead to charges being brought.

 The spokesman said that Ms Lagarde would not resign from her position at the IMF. He said she was returning to Washington and would convene a meeting of the IMF board to brief them on the case, in which she had hitherto been treated only as a witness. The board has so far supported her.

 The so-called “Affaire Tapie” has enmeshed several other high-profile figures in French politics, including Mr Sarkozy’s former chief of staff and Stéphane Richard, Ms Lagarde’s former chief of staff at the finance ministry and now chief executive of Orange, France’s leading mobile phone network operator.

 Mr Richard and others are being investigated by a separate court as part of a parallel probe.

 Christopher Baker, a member of Ms Lagarde’s legal team, said that the commission of the court had six months to study her appeal.

 He said that if it rejected that appeal, Ms Lagarde would then take her case to France’s Cour de Cassation, France’s highest judicial authority, which would be likely to take at least another year to reach a conclusion.

“We will fight this decision,” Mr Baker said. “And we will fight for a couple of years.”

He added that the next stages would not be a tax on Ms Lagarde’s time as it would be handled by lawyers. “The next two years will be a legal procedure in which Ms Lagarde’s personal involvement will not be required,” he said.

 The case centres on investigations into suspicions of organised fraud linked to the €400m that the French state awarded Mr Tapie to end a dispute dating back to the 1990s. Mr Tapie alleged that he was defrauded by Crédit Lyonnais, the now defunct bank, over the sale of sports equipment company Adidas, which he owned.

 Residual assets of Crédit Lyonnais were held by the state following the bank’s own collapse. Jean-Marc Ayrault, then leader of the Socialist opposition in parliament, and later prime minister under President François Hollande, was among those who instigated the court action, alleging that the arbitration had been rigged as a pay-off to Mr Tapie.

 Mr Tapie – a controversial character with a career including television presenter, singer, businessman, government minister and even owner of a cycling team that twice won the Tour de France – has vehemently denied socialist claims that he worked with the Sarkozy administration to manipulate the arbitration process as a reward for backing Mr Sarkozy in his 2007 presidential campaign.

 Ms Lagarde, who was finance minister at the time of the settlement, has undergone many hours of questioning by the Court of Justice of the Republic, which deals with cases of alleged ministerial wrongdoing.

 In May last year, following 25 hours of interrogation, the court placed Ms Lagarde under the status of an “assisted witness”, stopping short of making her an official suspect – until this week.
 
Ms Lagarde has always argued that the settlement was properly conducted and represented a reasonable outcome for the taxpayer after years of expensive litigation. In March, after another round of questioning, Ms Lagarde told reporters as she left the court: “I have always acted in the interests of the state and in accordance with the law.”

You can depend upon the current intensity and push that is on-going. Many of those who were blocking the progression of all of these endeavors have recently turned their attention toward finalizing the shift that is underway. They may not understand the total shift, the larger overview but they are now aligned and that will make a big difference.

  We have been down to the wire for some time now. This has always been the case, the glitches show up; the show stops and the engine stalls and the whatevers take over. But then they get that fixed and it moves forward or rather lurches forward only to get stopped again and again.

And as far as that great friend to dinarians being back in the country. 

Anyone who read the threads yesterday already knows that Shabibi, the friend to our community, is about to be exonerated, so that point need not have been quite so cryptic and veiled in mystery, as there is no way for us to yet know if Shabibi is back in the country.  All of this is just my personal opinion.

I’m not at all vested in any one viewpoint being true, as I’m coming from a purely objective perspective, so Mystic, there is nothing for me to let go of as I’m not holding any preconceived concepts.

I may have missed it, but has anyone considered that the man may actually still be in Baghdad.  I know  this flies in the face of the exhalted “intel”… but come on.

DreamWeaver:      Philly, IMO the explanation may not be forthcoming or the continuation of the same concept that Maliki isn’t really there.  Ignore reality.  Accept illusion.  All in an attempt to be right. 

In all honesty, though, to me no proving needs to be done, either way, as that sometimes involves people having to set aside or embrace their preconceived ideas or beliefs.  Tough to do. 

But I’ve been doing that since childhood, so it’s not tough for me.  I just remain neutral, gathering data, weighing thoughts, comparing them to other thoughts, allowing my own logic and intuition to guide. It works.  Been on track about a lot of things so far.

Up until yesterday, I was still on the fence about whether or not there was “a plan” in motion as carried to us by Lojak.  Today, I’m not at all believing there is a plan as it feels too much like smoke and mirrors to me and once that feeling starts, I just push whatever is causing that feeling off to the side. 

Personally not interested in trying to figure out WHY something doesn’t ring true as that can be a Pandora box of muddled up half-truths.  I’m just going to keep on doing what I’m doing, confident that the RV will happen but not at all aware of exactly how or when or at what rate.

 Detached from all of that.  Keeps me peaceful and open to possibilities.  If it turns out that XXXXX or Tlar or Randy or Kap or anyone here was right in what they put forth, that would be fine with me. 

I’m not into ego or needing to be right.  I’m a detective, shifting through clues, looking for the truth with no personal agenda at all, which some will believe and others won’t.  All the same, eventually the truth stands in its own light.  My purpose is to stand right there waiting for it to be revealed.  Best.  DW

Oldwazhisname:  I really appreciate your common sense, DW. And having you articulate it so well helps put my own feelings in better perspective. The one thing I would like to add to this conversation is that if XXXXX Randy K and Tlar, or any other guru-type, really has the community’s best interests in mind they would speak up at some point to help the whole community realize what we’re all up against – bad intel and how to protect us all from it.

 I’m not saying that they somehow assert this as a fraud (probably nearly all of us don’t believe that). But to the extent that they receive certain inside intel from sources and they, in turn, become mouthpieces for that intel (that has been proven wrong on key points – look, any intel purveyor can get a feel for direction and more or less get it right –

what I’m talking about is substantive deep perspective, like “The Plan”), they should have the integrity to come back to the community and explain some things.

Tlar has been great about explaining why he trusts his source and he is probably the best in the community at connecting the dots. Lojak says he has 5 -6 sources in the right places.

 Randy speaks with such authority. If this latest key precuser event turns out to evolve into another explanation that “the plan has changed” outcome, I would hope that the guru-types who are thinkers and closer to the situation than any of us would try to explain the how and why and help protect the community better from bogus intel providers.

 Not bashing XXXXX or Tlar for they just pass on what they believe is trustworthy intel. But they also are probably best to judge what went wrong and whether they were originally duped and just as importantly “why?”. This effort by even just one of them would distinguish that one from the rest of the pack.

Mike: For me, it’s always been pretty simple, intel has never been right. Traditional sources are not fool proof, but when you see photo’s and numerous sources pointing to an event that occurred, you can be reasonably confident that the news is right.  Just once, I’d like the intel to prove true so that we can exchange these dinars and never think about Iraqi politics again.

Brule:  The Ten Year Plan is a fact, and adherance to the plan is also a fact.  If you take a wider look at what has taken place in Iraq, it is very impressive, and followed a plan. 

I have said over and over that we see the chaos (Maliki) but there has been a a group moving forward with the plan.  Don’t listen to what they say, but listen to what they do. 

Any “intel” will become blurred when dealing with an emerging and complicated country like Iraq, and a maniacal dictator, especially a dictator and his cronies that are scrambling to save their lives, literally, here at the end.

 Unless you are the one pushing the button on the assassin squad, there is no controlling Maliki and his PR team, and delays and bumps are going to happen, and is what has happened IMO. 

This is so typical of human nature to look for the salacious and sensational, rather than the boring trudge of progress.

Skylimit:  Right on Brule, when the main actors in a plan go off course adjustments must be made. Iraq is a soverign country wrapped with US and Western interests, which can complicate the heck out of things. 95% of intel is BS and the great generals are great because they know which 5% to believe.

 We are seekers here trying to figure out the 5% of intel that matters in this endeaver.
Two things we know for sure is that Iraq will not continue with an artificially low currency rate when they go international and both Iraq and the US needs this to happen.

Further, Maliki is out and O signed the Executive Order to release the DFI funds and remove Iraq from the OFAC list so O’s now on board. Combine this with the ISX, banking and other economic upgrades now completed and I think we can infer we are closing in on completing the plan.

Dear Ones,

It is such a celebratory time in the Heavens. I asked to be the one to present the message tonight, because it will be the last one before the RV, and I like to have the opportunity to “wrap up” the story about what Adamos and I have been doing to help bring in the happy event which will be the beginning of a brand new civilization on Planet Earth. Yes, a new civilization. Let us envision it together.
The prosperity which will wash over the planet in the aftermath of the revaluation will create massive changes. Of course, we cannot predict all that will happen, but we do know about several of the most dramatic shifts you can predict. First, the banking industry will have a melt-down, as you would call it, because those in charge are now being prevented from stealing massive amounts of money. At least, it will return to the simple savings and loan system which did not allow for trading of investments and the creation of derivatives, which is one of the most deliberately corruptible systems ever devised. Eventually, there will be no need for money at all.
It may be difficult for you to imagine a world without money, since every day of your lives revolves around earning, spending, saving, and worrying about money. I assure you, it will not remain this way for long. The Prosperity programs are intended to redistribute the wealth so that no one will need to work long hours, except in service to the Greater Good, which is not work at all, but a joyful joining of energies and creativity to invent the most wonderful ways to do everything.
Think of it: The growing of food will be an open, personal endeavor, shared by many who will enjoy taking part on a part-time basis, under the supervision of talented and dedicated farmers who will have access to the most efficient and forward-looking practices to grow nutritious organic food. When information is free-flowing, and it is possible for everyone to have access to the best methods available (not just the ones that corporations impose), the fun will return to farming, and communities will once again share in the harvests and in the sacred celebrations which bring Earth and her children into joyful communion. Animals will be your friends, not slaves to be eaten.
Transportation will be a delight. No more smelly and expensive automobiles if you choose to have something more convenient. Because this is such an enormous industry, the changeover will need to be gradual. First, free energy technologies can be adapted to the current types of vehicles, but as the auto industry is freed from the stranglehold of oil companies, there will be an explosion of creativity and expansion to provide vehicles which will evolve quickly into versions of space vehicles, with all the comfort and convenience of the ships we use ourselves. Your designers will be helped by those of us in Higher Dimensions who are very ready to share our technologies once the profit motive is removed from the process.
NESARA law will bring a clearing up of the system in place which leans always toward the wealthy, and systematically leaves the lower social and economic classes to struggle against the entire weight of power fueled by massive amounts of money and influence. You see, when the bribery and power-sharing is eliminated, there will come the fresh air of justice. When judges are elected by the people, and they are not subject to the temptations of being constantly bombarded by those who wish to influence the outcome of nearly every case because of the promise of greater profits for all, you can expect fair and equal treatment. Even this will eventually become obsolete, when crime becomes non-existent and there is no need or opportunity for law suits because no one need ever have disputes over money.
Once everyone has what they need, and the tone of communities settles into an atmosphere of easy-going service to others, feelings of stress and inadequacy will melt away. Families will have time for one another, travel will be stress-free, and there will be no need for organizations like Homeland Security and massive police forces. When all wars have wound down to the point where no one is even interested in conflict, and there is no profit in war, it will become a thing of the past, and a cultural blossoming will come to previously war-torn places.
Just two of these things – war and automobiles – have created massive devastation on the planet. Imagine how glorious your beloved planet will be in just five or ten years, without the use of fossil fuels or plastics or most of the chemicals which are produced now. The clean air and water which existed on Planet Earth just 200 years ago will return quickly with the global use of free energy technologies.
We are looking forward to the transition time during which your beloved channels will be able to bring forth an endless wealth of practical information for the good of humankind. You understand, of course, that this could not be done earlier because of the predictable practice on the part of the cabal of arranging a “suicide” for anyone who invented or produced any technology which challenged the fossil fuel monopoly. We could not put our beloved Lightworkers at risk to suffer the kind of abuse that Tesla experienced, or worse. All that will be different now, because Lightworkers with enormous amounts of money, energy, creativity and community support will move into action the moment the RV is announced.
So you see, Dear Ones, nothing will remain as it was. The changes I have described here are just the beginning of the transition which is to come within the next few years. We will be helping you every step of the way, gradually at first, letting the new prosperity take hold while you enjoy your new freedoms and begin your worldwide projects. Once the psychological impact of truly being free of want and insecurity has settled in, and people across the world are enjoying their blessings, it will be a good time for us to come forth to reveal ourselves once and for all, with the Disclosures you have been promised.
In the meantime, you will be seeing more and more videos of our space craft flying overhead, motherships and small craft showing how they emerge and disappear, as they did recently over London, and generally making themselves an everyday sight in the skies. People will be so used to our presence that it will seem like a normal next step rather than a shocking revelation.
We have told you that you have made all these things possible by raising your vibration. It is true. You have “leveled out” the events and their introduction by activating the crystals, opening portals, creating a fully operational grid system, and by creating a growing sense of group consciousness. This has helped your Mother Terra to raise her vibration even further as you have raised yourselves through service. We are so grateful to all of you who have unquestioningly traveled to unknown places to carry out activities which would be seen by the general population as nothing short of insanity.
We truly appreciate that those of you who hear our voices and our thoughts and who carry out the boots-on-the-ground work. You are healing the natural world, restoring the energy grids and power centers of the planet, and creating new ways of joining forces through group meditations. You are doing all this without pay, without recognition and without any scientific proof that your efforts are being felt. OK…here’s my take.  This was a tough one so perhaps Exo will provide us a few tidbits on some deep stuff here.  Especially the part about the WTO, Round Table and UN Security council. 

The RV/GCR release being executed now by all major players.

Abadi, Maliki, Barzani, Ban ki-moom, the elders, Christine Lagarde, Obama, the BRICS, Next 11, and MINT countries are all in unity with the White House, United Nations, BIS, World Bank, Shanghai, Shabibi and the LBMA Silver Pricing market.

Turki and the CBI have activated the Qi cards with new rates.

Bretton Woods is no more as will be the IMF. Power will be shifting to Hong Kong and the east.

The WTO, UN Security Council and the Round Table are all losing power as well.

Major large global conference calls and video conferences are in progress now.

Waiting on private meeting for Jack Lew’s signature on all the correct paperwork to release the TRNs and thus the GCR publicly.

Although it may not appear so, much work is being done behind the scene.
