8-19-2013 Intel Guru Loechin [new guru] Now that the reset is in full swing everything has to be ready for us which is being done as we speak. As I was told tonight [Sunday] make certain I am ready for what will be mine this week…The word delay is a word you will never use again!!! I will not share the rates… however let’s say double for your trouble…Guys its all about I can say and not get in trouble. Things green things are being moved into place…The RV has happened…Ok I am talking about in the USA, not Iraq…It’s here already…Stop looking in the obvious places for rates guys. The rates have been out and showing for seven weeks with exchanges going on in many of your cities and you didn’t see it or know it.
Guru Critic, Prove it!! No one has exchanged yet! Back up your statements with some kind of proof before you start saying things like that!

8-19-2013 Intel Guru TD I was able to confirm and debunk various agenda items floating around related to our investment : 1) Contact confirms that Iraq has requested security assistance from the US in iraq due to still continued violence occurring in country BUT that rumors of the US stepping in and overthrowing Maliki is pure ridiculous gossip. Maliki I’m told is still going to finish his second term and leave and wants to go out on a high note (hero), so himself sabotaging his legacy makes no sense.

8-19-2013 Intel Guru TD 2) Political posturing by various factions and running of the mouth is back and therefore NOT helping solidarity in moving various political & economic programs forward. Therefore as reported yesterday and confirmed again today, the currency reform program needs additional law revisions and other substantive laws enacted for progress to start up again. CONFIRMED again that WE ARE STUCK IN NEUTRAL until parliament reconvenes.

8-19-2013 Intel Guru TD 3) I asked about the rumor of the IMF stepping in and executing currency reform to which he replied that it’s the IMF, their team of attorney’s consulting with Iraqi lawmakers, accountants and attorney’s that have requested all the T’s crossed and I’s dotted before moving forward. He stated these concerns were uncovered during EL EID weekend as the paperwork was checked off prior to execution.

8-19-2013 Intel Guru TD 4) HE COMPLETELY REJECTED the rumor of an IN COUNTRY RV having taken place ANYTIME in the past couple weeks . He further stated that IF & WHEN this occurs it will be basically simultaneously in country and worldwide. 5) I asked if Iraq was THE PLAYER holding off the imminent global reset of 190 + countries to which he replied that Iraq’s matters are their own, that their programs and policies are their own to dictate as a sovereign nation. He stated hesitancy believing that ANY NATION who has economic developmental programs to progress for their OWN benefit would delay their’s due to any other country not being prepared to execute at this time.

8-19-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday i read a report that they are removing the three zeros but that is not all — they are raising the value to 3+ ….loved that since it was from a member of the economic committee. it said the value of the pricing for the country will raise so they will have better cost of living at first and then be able to grow as a result very good plan imo.

8-18-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday we know we have the sighing of the federal economic reform by maliki and also the rest of the ministers — we now are seeing it in the lap of the parliament members. this is huge and obviously fantastic to say the least — they are obviously moving forward to move to global expansion and global trade with tariff and customs in place to move money and products — this is what we are waiting for…this is the call for the opening of all trade now for iraq.

8-18-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG I said the other day – just because we went past the 15th doesn’t mean we are still in a great window for something good to happen for us. In fact, just the opposite. The pressure on Maliki has never been greater. He has shown some signs of being “cooperative”. That is great for us… I received info that confirmed my very sentiments – some “push/pull” still going on – but we were/are still in a good window.

8-18-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat Just wanted to come over and tell you all the very good news. If you ever doubted this RV would happen this is not the time. I had a very interesting call from both of my IMF contacts today and both were very excited. All negotiations are completed and settled. They both told me it is done and I mean really done. The currency reset is now underway, it has been triggered and is being done in smaller groups than we anticipated but it is moving along.

8-18-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat Over 90 currencies have already revalued and more are now in the works. If you remembered there should be about 190+ in this basket if that is what you call it. Most were moved to the first basket from the so called second and third sets so I anticipate all to be done and activated at the banks prior to tomorrow morning or around early in the morning sometime unless they play some more games with this. 8-18-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony Well today is the day to see if all your dreams come true. We have checked and rechecked and I am glad to tell you all that we have verified that 100 countries have revalued over night and more are currently running in the system. Yes the ones that you are waiting for are in this basket and as long as nothing happens (to prevent it), you should be able to see for yourself in the next couple of hours or at least before the night is through. The banks have once again placed their personnel on a 30 minute notice and have setup extended hours. They plan to start making appointments within 2 hrs of the announcement, depending on the time. Don’t start celebrating yet (let me do that ), wait for the call that says it is official. BS!!

8-17-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Parliamentary» financial deferred delete zeros” Like I say every week, delete zeros, delete 3 zeros is an Iraqi event…it’s when they “officially” remove them and adjust accounting records etc. The float and Article VIII can and should happen anytime. Two different issues IMO. It is also supported by many articles that say they want to strengthen the dinar.

It will go up eventually (history has it within the first 72 hours) covering the original and highest international rate but see these people know how desperate some of you are, see someone should receive a good dividend on your behalf.
Guru Critic, It will NOT come out at that rate or even anywhere near that! If every Iraqi is an instant millionaire, inflation would grip the entire country almost instantly. They can NOT ship goods in as fast as they would be being sold!

8-17-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony On Friday I told you that you could thank the world for a $3.44 rate and thank the USA for a double digit rate, If the ego’s were put aside and an agreement was reached. I want you all to know that there is no technical problem with the system, the rate is at the banks. Iraq has done all they can do, it is only being made to look like they are the problem. The Maliki situation is fully under control and a plan is in place. BS!

The world is tired of our internal situation being placed above the concerns of the rest of the world and as soon as the threats to do this without us are taken seriously, instead of as just blowing hot air, we will see an international rate. 8-17-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat we are about to see our blessing very soon. First let me say this IQD currency was supposed to go international on Thursday 8/15. I have overwhelming proof of it. There were negotiations, compromises and final agreements made to make it so. …the ongoing saga with the prime minister Maliki and his corruption continues. The Shuites in parliament put out a statement this week noting that it would not be in the best interests of Iraq to revalue their currency until 2014. They are of course trying to stall again and hope to keep everything status quo until the 2014 elections. Maliki really has high hopes of a third term. Of course this was not taken lightly by the CBI… So we can see the pressure is building in Iraq. It appears the IMF is on their side too. BS!

8-17-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat In the IMF there was much noticable disappointment today that the revaluation did happen on Thusday night. Many very important statesmen and dignataries were at hand thinking this was over and began celebrating yesterday. Some are even awaiting and anticipating the activation of their accounts that were placed on hold last week when the rates went live for a very short period in the USA. BS!

8-17-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat From what I am hearing this is coming to a pressure point where if this does not revalue and go international this coming week, the IMF may have to step in and force it. How will they do that? There are two plans- One plan I hear it to work with the USA and get it done, the other I hear is to take the $3.44 rate and use it as the initial rate and just put it out on a float. The IMF can do this since legally since it will be at the request of the country of origin. I think even now that you may be disappointed for now for the wait but for the good of your country you will enjoy what has been negotiated in the long run. BS!

8-17-2013 Newshound Guru Stryker One of my friends working out of Kuwait City that is with one of the major Oil Companies that also does oil production work in Iraq, has told me a few weeks ago that they started to resign all their old production contracts under new oil contracts. This must be done before new contracts can be signed under the new Oil & Gas Law (HCL), is what I’ve been told.

8-17-2013 Newshound Guru Stryker So the only logical conclusion IMO is that the Oil and Gas Law is or close to being finalized and approved by the Iraqi parliament upon their return or why else would this be going on? When I asked him if he knew this to be the case he just said, it shouldn’t be hard to draw your own conclusion from this! With this very good news and the fact that the Economic Reform Law was approved by Maliki and the CoM (Council of Ministers) and awaiting parliaments return, this is gearing up to be one interesting few weeks IMO.

Iraqi Dinar Guru predictions/guesses! 8-14-2013

8-14-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat They did an in country RV and the rate was $3.44. Don’t let anyone convince you of the insanity that this did not occur. I have very strong contacts in Iraq and you are getting it straight from the goat’s mouth, as I got it from them. So why has the rate not changed in the CBI site? It has not changed since the global reset has not happened. The rate shown on the CBI will not be reflective of the $3.44 ever. The CBI will reflect the market rate of the Iraq dinar once it goes full blown international.

Guru Critic, IT DID NOT RV in country or anywhere else! Look at the CBI auction held today, 8-14-2013, it was 230 million dollars. Use your heads, they would NOT sell dollars at a rate of 1166 dinars per dollar if it RV’ed at $3.44, that’s TOTAL BS!! Your “sources” are full of it, and you know what I’m referring to!!

8-14-2013 Intel Guru TD The one constant that my guy has warned me of is that ” things can change” and on that statement he has been most truthful . This week was given as great probability that international transactions would commence. Although there is still hope…I was informed in the past 24 hours that there is a holdup. What is it? Well, u probably wouldn’t believe it if I told u. I had to ask him to confirm it 3 times!! I can tell u this, if “this reason/ excuse” is the cause of this delay and we don’t see it go down by September 1st , then probably we won’t see anything happen till jan 1st. I hope dearly this crazy excuse I’m hearing is false or that they can get “their books” in order but we shall see.

8-14-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat So what really happened this weekend? They are implementing a new exchange platform called Centralized International Exchange or CIX. They were testing these somewhat minor changes made to the existing software to support this CIX platform when the rates were sent down to the banks and pushed to the final destinations…not all banks received the new rates at the final destination. Kind of like losing luggage. This was a huge concern. Finally they found the issue and shut it down.<–BULLSH*T!

8-14-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat So what do they do now? First they could not recall the rates since they already had live rates at the banks!. Ergo the USA (and other countries too) had a situation where many of the larger Iraq dinar holders were actually called in and showed up at the banks to exchange. Some made it all the way to getting their money electronically deposited before it could be stopped while others were told to go home. Their accounts were put on hold (or frozen). Not a pleasant situation and a possible nightmare for the IMF. …they decided to call it just another test and chalk it up to experience. So since Thursday they corrected and re-ran tests. All is now functional.

8-14-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat When can we now expect it? We are at the doorstep of this RV. It is so close we are literally just waiting for someone to open the door. The door was actually opened last week but shut very quickly. This has never happened before with live active rates. They are literally running out of time as well as running around trying to get this done. The pressure is extreme. If I were you I would expect to see another window of opportunity to see this RV later towards the end of this week. I personally do not believe it will go into next week as long as they don’t change the plan again.

8-13-2013 Intel Guru Hub i have three…contacts…i trust them…all three are money people. they do this for a living. all three are saying it is done, nothing left to do, do not know why it is not shown but it is done. the only thing left is to wait for the activation of the rates…as i have said on many occasions…1955 dinar was $2.55, 1990 dinar was $3.22. so why would they want to exist at 1/10 of a cent? it is here, done, and now, so hold on, it has to happen.

8-13-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat I just thought that we all should know what is now taking place in the backdrop. The USA government “cash in” is almost completed, Iraq nearly has completed its remove the zeros project and the CBI desperately needs to suck on our 3 zeros notes ASAP. In reality the phase II of delete the 3 zeros project has already begun. We just have to wait our turn. Be ready when the banks get the go ahead for live rates. As you recall it entailed short term actions to get the dinar stable in the range of 1166-1000 compared to the current street value of 1300. Security is there at the banks today & last night they were told if it didn’t happen they were just going back to their jobs. Wells Fargo is saying its not us causing the delay and that they are just doing what they were told to do. They are saying it is not us. Something is still going on but it should be resolved this week. Iraq has done their part & they are not involved in the negotiations going on today. It’s somebody else. 8-13-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday they have announced…changing prices to represent .86 usd and 1.16 for the iraqis and have said they are changing the total for the year budget to reflect that as well. that is talking about the removal of the three zeros and the redenomination… [Is there going to be an in country rate and a out of country rate? Because I see they are speaking of a 1.16 in country rate.] i would think so — i believe that the change in pricing will produce the change we have talked about for redenomination and the foreign exchange rates will be set for all currency against the dinar…i would think we have a rate coming that will be comparable to the Kuwaiti dinar.

Secondly there has been a few articles we wanted to confirm with private sources as to their legitimacy… Before we get to this we first must dismiss the fantasy rumors such as cards loaded, waiting for banks to release it, all is done, global reset, budget at $3.40+ and in country RV. The first was a guy on the finance committee and now Mehma Khalil again tells us also that the CBI said they were going to delete the zeros in August.

The finance guy went also so far as to say that the CBI told him that they would also release the smalls. We know that is an impossibility at the current exchange rate. So what they both are insinuating is August will bring a big change to the currency. They both say that this information came from the CBI and this info comes on the heels of the one on one meetings Turki just had with all these guys over the last two weeks.

They are not out of Chapter 7. They have not made payments to Kuwait and cannot until after the RV. Chapter 7 is irrelevant, we do not care about Chapter 7. Also, the political situation in Iraq is of no consequence to us. The leadership that is there was put in place to hold the fort down until the RV happens. Shabibi is still very much in play at the CBI.

We should all expect some weird stuff in the global markets in the coming days. It won’t be much longer. Yesterday the Finance Committee and thus the CBI for the first time finally activated the delete zero project…that commenced the RV process. So immediately… we see where Maliki was again threatening to institute an interim government and disband the Parliament. He knows that just the threat of his starting a full blown dictatorship could perhaps cause the PTB (UST/China) to hesitate about sending the IQD fully international with a live rate at the world bank teller level.

Post RV in Iraq right now, as I write this post- people in Iraq are taking their dollars and buying the lower denoms cause each dinar now is worth $3.44. They follow in sequence. Well they now completed the first phase of the deleting the zeroes project and have moved on to begin the phase of removing the zeroes project (to get the lower denoms in circulation). Some thought that they had to do an international RV in order to begin this project but in fact all they really needed was some sort of in country RV. Well it happened…Now they are now in the middle of that project (to remove the zeros). They have to pop it out international to suck in all the 3 zero notes from the USA, Canada and any other consumers abroad as part of starting the second phase of deleting the zeros project.

Don’t be excited about the cards being loaded because they won’t do that until it RV’s. When the RV hits, you will know it. Are we close? Yes. I think we are in a very good window this week. The IMF cannot force the issue & the UN cannot force this unless they signed something when they were let out of Chapter 7. The UN could possibly want to do something with the rate and Iraq probably doesn’t want that. All of the stars appear to be lining up. This week looks good & each week until Sept 2, which is a hard back wall…the pressure will be on. The month of August is a very big month. Do I think we are there? Yes.

The rate…I absolutely don’t care…I think it will be at least over $1.20 because they have to get the dollars off of the streets. I feel it needs to come out at $3.41 to meet the budget, but because of the audit there are some things I just don’t know. If it comes out low they will have to redo the budget. 8-5-2013 Guru BGG [Do you think Maliki is playing ball with the IMF?] not only is he playing – he’s the PITCHER!! several very good sources all agree – that Maliki is the one trying to get this done (ironically) and at a bit higher rate than the rest – he’s wanting above 2 bucks. Iraqi Dinar Guru predictions and some BS!! 8-1-2013

8-1-2013 Intel Guru Bear5642 I know who my contacts are and have met most of them personally including 1 from inside Iraq. The environment in Iraq is NOT what most are saying, it is normal for Iraq and the People are not rioting as we speak. I for one do not trust the media…we even have a translator to view articles and documents. I cannot explain why suddenly the Iraq contacts have gone silent and anything else would be speculation. I am convinced that Iraq is positioned to revalue the IQD. The bottom line is that the CENTRAL Bank of Iraq has the final say so on the RV period… this is going to happen. NO one KNOWS WHEN.

We have to remember to take all the “reports” with a grain of salt and instead focus on the facts. FACT: Iraq is FINALLY out of Chapter 7. FACT: The value of the Iraqi Dinar has steadily increased over the past decade and we believe it is poised to do much more. The question is only “when”.

Eagle1′s opinion is that the RV has extreme imminence, and will go before Eid.

7-31-2013 Intel Guru Ray I just got off the phone with one of my contacts in Baghdad. This is what he relayed to me about what is happening. He stated that Abbas Turki was on Iraqi TV 3 days ago and addressed the people of Iraq. He stated that he met with the Parliament Finance Committee. He said that everything is done concerning the banking aspect of this coming revalue. Everything in country and out of country. He told the people that the revalue is in the hands of the government now. he said if he could revalue today that he would, but he doesn’t have that authority.

7-31-2013 Intel Guru Ray He told the government that the revalue needs to be done as soon as possible. He said the dinar is worthless as it stands now. Iraq can only negotiate with outside companies using the usd only. He said Iraq needs to use the dinar and not depend of the usd. He also told the people that once it revalues, they will have 15 days in country to exchange and 30 days out of country to exchange.

7-31-2013 Intel Guru Ray Also, the smart cards are being used in country only at the present time. Government employees and retired people are using them. Once the revalue happens, they can be used anywhere. This to me shows that we are still very close to this happening. He has now told the people that it is in the hands of the government and they can start putting pressure on them now. Hopefully for the sake of the Iraqi people, it will happen very soon.

The Central Bank of Iraq has also now given their approval and they are ready. The banking foundation is in place and all of the necessary laws have been completed. There is absolutely nothing more to accomplish that will hold this up. Well, yes there is and it is now the Government of Iraq, (my best guess is Maliki). …the Iraqi media is telling the people that they are ready and want to move forward.

I am hoping for sooner rather than later. I do believe the violence will continue to rise and things will get worse before they get better if this go on much longer. It has also been stated that they want a 1 to 1 rate and according to the feasibility study by the MOP could sustain a rate at $1.134.

5-7-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Print dinar universal security specifications will strengthen the confidence indicators in local currency” the IMF…did not ask them [Iraq] to RV the dinar..they asked them to chose an “exchange regime.” There are only three choices for an exchange regime..free float, managed float, or pegged. The reason they will come out low is there is 6-10 trillion dinar that needs to be accounted for outside Iraq. Iraq cannot fund a RV at 1 to $1 with that much dinar and no central bank is going to buy the Iraqi dinar at that rate taking the risk that it would fail.

5-7-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni The only way that can occur is if the world (investors/central banks, etc) drives up that rate over time via a float and supply/demand in essence funding the rise in the value of the dinar. In essence making our dinar, a reserve currency held in central banks around the world (as Saleh stated). The incentive for Iraqi’s is that the dinar is gaining purchasing power over the current rate. Some may ignore the incremental rise and choose to continue to use USD for daily transactions, but that will change once the dinar is worth more than the dollar. Keep in mind most Iraqi’s use the dollar now.

The good news is that Foreign Minister Zebari and the UN Secretary-General appear to have reached and agreement on this matter and are moving toward a path that will liberate Iraq from the remaining provisions that have delayed the reforms thus far.

I am excited about several things & what my outlook is on the RV & what the possibilities are of when we might see it. Today the New York Times reported that Maliki needs to be removed. It said him being removed could solve all of Iraq’s problems. This shows it’s starting to be talked about around the globe.

He has all the clerics against him now, Barzani, & Najafi & other leaders, people in his own party. He has the U.N. after him now, the U. S. saying we are not going to support the Maliki regime anymore. All of this at one time. The only thing different from now & April 1st when this was supposed to RV is Maliki has signed an agreement with Barzani to get things done. Now, this didn’t settle the Erbil, the HCL, the 140 or filling the minister seats, it said they would be done.

The outside pressure continues as indicated by the following from the New York Times “The newspaper said in analyzing her about what the situation in Iraq, that Iraq is going through a serious crisis and that the solution lies in that step down the prime minister and replaced by another figure elected by Parliament, there are other Shiite politicians who are able to lead a government of national unity.” Clerics, international community and political opponents are all screaming for his resignation. Has this coalition finally mustered enough clout to get Makiki to finally play ball? It would definitely explain Maliki’s sudden cooperative spirit. As like most things in Iraq only time will tell but whatever caused the change in spirit we say hooray!! Hopefully this will finally get done.

5-6-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Here is a quick update on where we are…Elections went off and were a success. Results were official this past weekend. Maliki though lost some support, he did not do as bad as some originally thought. We talked about announcements or articles creating “awareness” for the Iraq’s. – Yes that has happened..in the last 2 weeks members of the Parliamentary Finance Committee have put out several dinar articles. So awareness is back on the streets.

5-6-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni All the laws are still on the table. Time is running out but passing them is possible if they have quorums. The recent agreement between Maliki and Barazani was a surprise and gives us some better ground to stand on. Personally, I think we are in a good window (all be short) to get these laws passed and move forward with the currency. The problem is Parliament goes on spring vacation on May 15th. So we have 6 days to pass all these laws in a basket sort of speak. Tough task for sure, but I am hopeful. DFI is still scheduled to be released May 23rd. No extension as of yet was granted.

5-6-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Parliament recess starts May 15th and returns June 15th or about. Ramadan starts July 8th- August 7th this year. Though they work, nothing ever has gotten done. And one could expect that the dinar will not come out during this time period. If Parliament this next week, can accomplish the enormous task of passing the laws, then we have a chance the CBI will make a move with the dinar yet this month. It make sense only if the laws are in place. If the laws are still sitting when recess occurs May 15th, we will have to wait for them to return mid June. This is another window of about 2 weeks before Ramadan begins July 8th. IMO the window is better now than later.

(2) The HCL was agreed to (and we expect a public announcement to that effect at any minute). (3) No extension was granted for protection of the DFI funds, and as a result, we have seen what we believe is the transfer of those funds back to Iraq — a transfer amounting to somewhere in excess of $2 Trillion. (4) We saw the M2 figures virtually double almost immediately thereafter. (5) Ban Ki Moon, Secretary General of the United Nations, was in Iraq this past week to grant credentials so that — for the first time in roughly ten years — Iraq can now send an Ambassador to the UN.

A news quote stated “The (Finance) Committee has completed the preparation of a draft law for the distribution ratio of oil imports between the sons of the Iraqi people, to be there share of every citizen in the financial revenues”. This coupled with the positive reports on progress toward HCL resolution has given us a ray of hope for actual completion this time. Just remember though that these things have not been completed and are not officially complete until published in the Gazette. All reports that say they are complete are false. The news is very positive but it will take time to see it to conclusion.

Nobody has cashed anything in that I have any evidence to prove. I’m told that some folks have received Safe-Keeping-Receipts (SKR’s) or vouchers for currency left on deposit with a couple of different banks, but I’ve not seen any hard evidence to back that up.
